Join us Tuesday evenings for our Adaptive Ballroom Dancing class, hosted by In Movement Ballroom Dancing in St. Clair Shores! This inclusive and welcoming class is designed for dancers of all abilities and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or experienced dancer, come enjoy a fun, supportive environment where everyone can move, groove, and grow together.

Classes are $15 per participant.

Our Craft Night is a wonderful opportunity to express creativity, meet new friends, and have some fun! In this class, we’ll be working on simple, enjoyable projects that everyone can participate in, regardless of skill level. All materials will be provided, so just bring yourself with a smile!

Craft Nights

Looking to build some muscle or simply move your body? Our Adaptive CrossFit class focuses on gentle exercises tailored to all abilities. No experience is necessary - just bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude!

Hosted by Coach Alexa with CrossFit Freshwater, classes are $10 per participant. Payment will be accepted as cash only at the door.

We offer Summer Friday camps from 9am - 3pm from June to August. Activities include strawberry picking, pool days, zoo days, and more! Summer Fridays cost $60 per day.

This includes travel & activity expenses.

Summer Fridays

The goal of our Social Nights are to provide an opportunity for our friends to socialize with others while participating in a facilitated activity. Some social nights we’ve hosted included bingo bango, karaoke, holiday parties, trivia, and so much more!

Social Nights cost $15 per participant with option to purchase pizza for $1 per slice.
